Purchasing from Babydoll-Delicious couldn't be easier, simply browse through our stunning collections and then visit the shopping cart page and select your items, quantity size and select add to basket, you will then be taken to our paypal secured shopping cart where you can either pay for your items or continue shopping.

Once you have paid for your items you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your order will be shipped.

Once payment has been received all orders will be shipped from Babydoll-Delicious within 3 - 7 working days. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail for which proof of postage is obtained.

Out of stock items will be shipped within 12 - 15 working days. In the case of items being out of stock you will be notified immediately.

Returns

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with your product we will exchange them for different items provided that they are returned unworn, unwashed in their original state with all labels intact within 28 days this does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds are granted only where the items are out of stock or are faulty.
